For the first time, half the vegetables and the fruits I received were quite unfresh and some are even rotted. For example, I had some paprika that grows white mold inside. That's why I contacted the owner and said I'll get a refund, but I never got it. I like to support the local business, esp. the organic. That's why I said I was just unhappy with Naturali for the first order. A few months later, I ordered them again. It got worse.... 80% of the things they have delivered are very unfresh (e.g. rotted grapes and tomatoes). You need to wonder why I didn't just refuse the order on arrival. I couldn't because the supplier left things in front of me without saying a word... What else? They accused me of things they didn't deliver... I contacted her immediately. They answered one day and said I'm sorry. But that's it! You're not gonna reimburse me or the stuff... I think it is important to share my experience with the community. Anyone looking at the order from this store should really think twice.
Came to Gozo with our friends and this was our first stop so we could get some food. The cashier gave me 4 euros, just because I bought a good lot of stuff.
I visited the store and found that it also has organic products in addition to a variety of organic products. According to the cashier, it is the only store on Gozo that carries organic products. Like most health food shops, it carries many non-vegetarian products.

I feel it is important to share my experience with others considering ordering from this shop. Customers should think twice before placing an order with Naturali.
We visited Gozo with our friends and our first stop was this restaurant where we were able to buy groceries. The cashier generously gave me a 4 euro discount simply because I purchased a significant amount of items.
