We have a lot: Kachumber Salad Gobhi Garlic Garlic Naan Onion Bhajia Papi Chaat Navratan Korma Vegetables Coconut Curry It was very easy to order the vegan food! Everything was clearly marked. The spice level was perfect. Everything about delicious food!
When you review their website, they have a whole long list of menu items that can be made vegan. I really appreciate that they not only vegan friendly, but offer a vegan menu. That said they have the worst appetizers from every Indian place I tried here. Very so samosas and pakoras. Your Chutney has a strong taste of cinnamon and licorice and when combined with pakoras produces the inexplicable taste of chocolate. I love her rackets. Very good portions for the price. I also tried her Dahl Makini who was big and her Cashew-curry- not the biggest fan, but not bad (no eat so much zucchini in a curry before). Looks like what you get depends on what you order.
Delicious food and many vegan options. The vegan Naanbrot is delicious! I had the vegan Vindaloo that was as good as Brick Lane's. Definitely recommend.
The Mantra Restaurant is regularly 'go to ' restaurant. There are many vegan options and the staff is always friendly and very courteous and considerate of vegan needs. They even have vegan Naan bread that is very rare! The food is very delicious and is offered on various spices. It is incredible value for money and much less expensive than many other restaurant in the area and if you are a hungry couple and order 3 nets with rice/naan and an appy They probably left for two as well! Have omni friends that you have not yet converted, they offer other options, but once they try the vegan options you can convert them. I recommend Mantra (also found on Tillicum).
