Chili's Grill - Victoria

I didn't find anything wrong with my visit. good was good. crooked, glasses, teller and restaurant was clean. not sure why people had experienced again.

Terrible experience. I wish I could star 0, but 1 is as low as it allowed. chili and suppe bowls kurbside. it is cold, rainy and we live about 12.

Poor service, 45 min and still count, wait for my eating I am practically full with my tee and chips

I had the same server the last 2 times I went to this location. I wish I knew his name but he has longer blonde hair on top with shorter sides and a nose ring. He was extremely attentive both times we came in. The first time it was just myself and my 4 kidsand this time I went with my children, mom and nephew. On both occasions the server went out of his way to ensure we hadeverything we needed. He helped my littles get onto the tablets and checked in on our table frequently. I haven't had excellentservice like that in quite awhile so I just wanted to take a moment to let management know.

As usual, the restaurant was under staffed and it took an hour to get our food. Chicken strips, soup, salad and a burger. The burger was cold, the fries were cold, tough and shriveled when it came to our table. On the other hand, our chips and salsa weregreat and in spite of being extremely under staffed, our server was fantastic. He was running back and forth between 14 tablesthat were within my view.....he may have had even more in the other room but our glasses were never empty and he was cheerfuland attentive. Thumbs down to Chili's this time but thumbs up to the staff
