Dairy Queen - Victoria

This restaurant has definitely declined, which is really disappointing. They hardly ever open the inside anymore. Today, we were informed that the grill was closed after we had already placed our food order. (It was a Saturday night at 6 PM. No food? It's really disheartening to see a once well-maintained DQ now looking so neglected. I hope someone takes over and improves it.

I am writing to express my concerns about the condition of the Dairy Queen location I recently visited. There are several issues that need to be addressed, but I will start with the communication box used by employees at the drive-thru. The box is visibly dirty and appears to be neglected in terms of cleanliness. This raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the facility. I am disappointed to see a corporate chain like Dairy Queen allow such issues to go unnoticed.

The wait time at the drive-thru for four burgers was very long, about 20 minutes. When we finally received our food, two of the four burgers were incorrect. Additionally, the lettuce on the burgers was wilted and did not taste fresh. I would not recommend this location for burgers. However, I'm sure they make good ice cream, though we did not try it during this visit.

Went through for 2 chicken strip baskets. Both were warm at best, fries soggy, BBQ one was sloppy. Tall balding man at drive threw was rude, never said Hi welcome to DQ just What do you want? And Anything else? . No total cost or anything. Atwindow he just took money and the also grumpy girl that gave us the food just basically tossed it out at us and shut the window.Will not return.

The manager that was on the floor was rude and disrespectful. slammed the window after THEY messsed up our order three times. they also forgot to give us our fries. most of the staffing were also laughing and on their phones. at the end of the day itwasn?t a big deal but the staff was rude and disrespectful.
