Golden Corral - Victoria

I haven't been here since the pandemic, but it's still really good. It was $17.99 or so with taxes for dinner buffet with a sweet tea. You have a lot of food options from pizza, spaghetti, Chinese, fish, dressing and many desserts. You have to ask the rolls of bread, they don't come along automatically. Servers are good with refilling of drinks. Although I had to change my ticket with the checkout to leave a tip.

Clean place to eat. Good food however if you are looking forward to a piece of steak cooked at your liking call them to ask when they start up the steak grill. Disappointed that that they weren't grilling but overall good experience.

Our third time to eat at this particular Golden Corral. It is by far the best one and we have tried them from South Texas to Anchorage, AK. The food is well prepared and fresh worh plenty of variety. The Manager and entire crew make this a pleasant place to eat. Thank you.

This should be the flagship location for Golden Corral. I've never encountered two managers who go out of their way to make customers feel appreciated and welcomed like they do here. The food is consistently delicious, and even if I arrive just half an hour before closing, they always greet you with a smile and ensure the food is fresh. I want to highlight Jesse, the manager, who takes the time to engage in friendly, unobtrusive conversations with me and my wife. One evening, when I didn’t see a menu item I wanted on the buffet, he went out of his way to accommodate my request. I hadn't visited this place in years, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and incredible—everything was served at the right temperature, with hot dishes hot and cold dishes crisp and refreshing. The staff was friendly and worked tirelessly. Our waitress, Mykayla, did a fantastic job. We're definitely planning to return to Victoria next time. Great work all around!
