Nothing like watching the person getting your food ready cough in his hand then proceed to grab the food with the same hand put it in the bag. Curly fries are hard as a rock our egg rolls where cold.

Tacos have no meat just a teaspoon dont like taco sauce in there to much lettuce .. Service was bad took to long to be waited on...Food: 1/5

My wife ordered online, when she showed up no one responded in drive thru. She then proceeded to go to door when they told her to go away. They close at 1am, it was 11pm. Not how you treat customers. Corporate will be hearing about this and the lack of customer service.

She was dirty homeless people going out and bring out side food and food in the dining room the food quality was not good, it was served hot at all I will not visit this place very disappointed again. Food: 2/5

We ordered it. The food was freshly dropped, just then and there. We saw it. Wait 20 minutes! Still no food. The daughters of Grandmother Tacos came out faster than our order and she asked for food about 7 minutes before we got our order! They were disturbed and obviously too much family works there, that is never a good sign! They were also out of product. Just terrible. Last time I visited Jack in the box was Christmas 2019. For the first time again in a VERY LONG TIME!!!! As terrible as the first time. Again! I'm not from Victoria. But I have lived here since August 2019. And omg. Don't visit both. It's always bad. HARD BUNS, BURNT FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LONG WAIT TIMES.... SMH. No location is good. But if you want to wait for 4x as long as the food needs to cook, my guest is... Lukewarm food is the best I suspect. I'm LUCKY. Don't!
