Mcdonald's - Victoriaville

I received my order quickly without having to wait. Everything was correct and I was satisfied with my meal.

I ordered via DoorDash, and the food was not edible. Fast food lovers might accept being hefty, but I received two apple turnovers that were delivered as two muffins without my permission—quite a bizarre transformation, and this behavior from the company is unacceptable! Why offer the option for well-done when I received the standard fries that were undercooked like those from McDonald's? At least the salt was salty. They will always struggle to get rid of the salty taste as long as there’s salt involved.

I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's. Despite a long line, the staff worked diligently and efficiently, so the wait went by quickly. This is by far the best McDonald's I've been to, and the hard work and ethics of the team in Thetford Mines, QC, are truly impressive.

Food, atmosphere, and Wi-Fi! Some items that are exclusive to Quebec (like my burgers, not the poutine!) cannot be ordered through the automated kiosk. You'll need to ask at the counter for those.

Great service that was quick and convenient! You can spend over $25 and still request separate bills. Plus, you can easily check your bill on your phone without feeling rushed — everything is at your own pace.
