Outback Steakhouse - Victorville

The food was delicious, but my server was absolutely outstanding. He made sure my drink was always full and kept me supplied with unlimited shrimp. His attentiveness was remarkable; I've never experienced such exceptional service before. It felt like I was his only customer. I will definitely be returning!

I've been to places that offer unlimited bread, breadsticks, rolls, fries, etc., but I often find myself having to repeatedly ask for more, and the server can become irritated. NOT HERE! Charlene would check to see if we had finished our bread and would come right over to ask if we wanted more, even after our meals were served. I have never experienced that level of attentiveness at a restaurant, and she always did it with a smile and a polite demeanor; she never displayed any attitude. I would highly recommend Outback to everyone, and I hope Charlene H. sees this comment along with her management team. It was a pleasure to have such a great experience at table 33 on Friday, March 24th, 2017, around 4:30 to 5 pm. Thank you, Charlene H.! You are the best, and I hope to see you again soon. You truly made our experience amazing!

1. There was hardly any wait time. 2. The staff was cheerful and always smiling. 3. Our waiter had a fantastic attitude and took our order efficiently. 4. Our food arrived promptly and, to our delight, it was exactly as we had requested. 5. And the taste? Incredible! The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the loaded baked potato, soup, and lobster were equally delicious. My wife particularly appreciated how our waiter had a replacement drink ready just as she finished her first one. I almost pinched myself to ensure I wasn't dreaming. Everything was spot on. So much so that I asked to speak with the manager. When she came to our table, I expressed my satisfaction and told her how impressive her team was, encouraging her to relay my compliments to everyone involved—the cooks, the waitstaff, everyone! I also mentioned that the Victorville Outback has raised the bar for the competition! Corporate, are you paying attention? Excellent job! The McCord family truly appreciates this experience!

Me and my husband was so impressed with our server Stephanie. We got our food quick and it was delicious.

We had the nicest server JR and was very happy with the service and not mention the cook Fernando. The food was awesome..
