Feedback gevenDeep cleaning in the middle of the day. Whole shop smells like ammonia and cleaning products. There are people eating here.
Unbelievable bad service. I ordered an hour ago, and I feel they lost order. Everything takes forever, order, get food, etc. I are currently observing that customers complain that they wait 10 minutes before Waba said that no longer accept orders.
The service is mediocre, they offer you nothing else, such as avocado or drinks. The manager has to pay more attention to how the young children he works and there are not enough employees working. Ultimately, this store is DIRTY and must be cleaned at least once a day!!!
Two working people looked exhausted. Manager didn't talk. I only took over the order and executed the order. Co-workers also had mute and output food without washing their hands. I'm going to another grocery store before I go there.
I wish I would have gotten the young man name..I would like to give him a shout out on an amazing job he did today. Talk about taking pride in his work. He was cleaning, taking order and even cooking. Sadly, the other co-work was doing dishes and once he was done, he just told the guy he was taking his lunch which the guy was shocked because the place was very busy and left him hanging. Now, that guy needs to be fired, leaving your co-work out to dry like that, now that sad. I watch this guys cook take off gloves put on new gloves made sure he didn't contaminated anything. He had a tattoo on left hand I want the right guy to get the credit. I order plants base bowl. I hope this guy gets a raise. Now, this is what customer service is all about. He made my day seeing someone really caring about his job and the customers. Now, he should get paid $15.00 an hours, if not more, manage material. Thanks for taking good care of me and all the other customer you service today all om your own.
