Wingstop - Victorville

Good boiler, every time I come, I have my order, just like I order, thank you for keeping the good work.

On Sunday, the restaurant was busy, but I waited outside for my order and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. However, they were not practicing healthy distancing, which was a downside.

I order mango habanero and lemon pepper on my way to pick up I was called and told they ran out of lemon pepper. I then chose original hot, when I arrived home I saw that the coated a few of the wings in lemon pepper but then recoated them in original hot. I’m guessing they didn’t have enough lemon pepper for all the wings but they realized that too late. The two flavors did not mix well at all causing me to not eat them.

I don't understand what's going on with this restaurant location. I usually order from here because it's close to my house. However, every time I order, I ask for extra crispy wings, but they never get it right. I always end up with wings with soft skin. I have called multiple times to complain about my order, but they never seem to get it right. I'm tired of calling and complaining. I have decided to stop coming here altogether.

Placed the order online. Ordered the spicy and reg. hot. Order was correct and on time. Wings were Hot and just made. In and out without a problem. I like their service and friendly staff. Will order from them again, but this was on a Monday.
