In general 5 Stars, but in the month of August many many fewer stars! The food here is great, but the wait in the month of August is so ridiculously long that it takes away from enjoying the food. It's always the same. Every year! Today I ordered my take away chicken at 1250pm and was promised it would be ready at 1330pm A wait of 40 minutes. It was finally ready at 1400pm. One hour and 10 minutes. That's really too long to be sitting outside the chicken shop with the hungry children! Meanwhile, I noticed the same happening to people waiting to eat in the restaurant. One family waited so long they left. And then other people, seem to jump the queue and get served quite quickly. Obviously, the summer is a very busy time, but other churasqueiras manage to deal with their customers on time and in strict rotation. Even in August. So here are some tips for the manager 1. Get some system management in place. ie know exactly how much chicken you can produce in a set time and keep a systematic track of the orders, so that you know when you are nearing capacity, at which point you have to turn people away. 2. Don't promise what you can't deliver 3. Be honest about the time it takes to realistically provide a service and then people can make up their own mind whether they want to wait or not. 4. If people have to wait more than 10-15 minutes after you said, for their take out order offer them a complimentary drink. They will be grateful and happy. 5. Keep making the great chicken!

Costeleta de Vitela muito boa, e uma das melhores saladas e arroz soltinho. Espaço é cinco estrelas graças à simpatia da Dona e da Filha e da mão da cozinheira. 5 Estrelas, obrigado por serem assim e servirem comida muito boa a bom preço.
