Feedback gevenWe didn't receive all of our food in the drive-thru, so we returned to the drive-thru again. This time, we got what was missing, along with a complimentary pie as a thank-you gesture. It was a thoughtful touch that showed the manager on duty really cares, and we appreciated it.
I also forgot just how expensive this place is for fast food. If I'm spending nearly $30 on two meals, I expect to receive every single item I ordered. Additionally, if you're offering curbside pickup for online orders, you really need designated parking spots or clear instructions for what to do when I arrive. Should I just find a random parking spot? Am I meant to wait in the drive-thru line? Is there a need to call upon arrival? Unlike other restaurant apps, there’s no way to check in online. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating.
This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food! However, they didn't have the milkshake I was hoping for. The lady there assumed I was a local and offered to let me come back tomorrow to get it, but I mentioned that I live 360 miles away, so that really wouldn’t be feasible for me.
Usually go a couple times a week to pick up my lunch before work.. around 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. never has my order been right and again today I tell them double cheeseburger combo and the three piece chicken strp and something's always missing
Gave 4 stars because I waited in drive through for more than 20 minutes. My order was correct but could tell the fries weren't just pulled out of the grease.
