Excellent service,good food for very reasonable prices,suited for vegetarians like me who normally have very little choice in north of portugal.Location stunning!if you are in this area it is a visit worthy.

Staff is great, food is delicious with fair prices and of course the view is beautiful. The restaurant totally fulfilled our high swiss expectation. A must visit while in gerês.

This is a very nice place to stay for a few days but we could only get a reservation for dinner. The view is stunning and the mountain cabines look great. The restaurant is charming and well decorated and the food is very good. If you prefer medium rare meat you have to make a point about it. We said we wanted it medium rare and it came a bit more towards well done. The quality of the beef is really excellent and the cook offered us an extra desert to compensate for the mishap. Overall we had a very good experience, drank a very good wine and came from there feeling like we had the best meal of our stay in Gerês. Highly recommended!
