Feedback gevenThis is my go to chipotle but lately the service has been horrible, there an older Hispanic lady who’s been there for sometime now that always has the most horrible nastiest attitude. I always try to smile speak to her nicely but she seems to be horrible working there. I will pay extra for meat whatever condiments I like, she always gives smallest scoops if I ask for a little more she will have an attitude. She has thrown the scooper once as well, at this point it makes me not even want to order extra just to not speak to her. Now I go to the chipotle a little more down the street from this location because the service is great the food is great as well. She either needs to be let go or someone needs to speak to her about her attitude how to serve the portions.
I bought 2 bowls around 9:15 pm. The guy don't have a guacamole in the container and instead of getting in the kitchen he cleaned and rub the entire container to get some guacamole. He added a very very less amount of guacamole. He was like I am bothering him when I asked him that you don't have any guacamole then he didn't reply. I think he forcefully working and not willing to provide good service to the customer. Terrible service. Never going to visit again here.
Shockingly poor quality food delivered:1. Burrito not fully wrapped in foil or tortilla, tortilla dry and crunchy, tortilla torn apart.2. Burrito not fully wrapped in tortilla3. Double chicken Burrito bowl crushed, missing second portion of chicken.4. Caritas Burrito bowl crushed missing most of carnivalI took the Burrito that was most offensive to the store. The store manager begrudgingly refunded the money after initially denying that they were responsible for the quality, suggesting the delivery person was responsible. After refunding the food cost, there is the delivery and service fee delta. I suggested he issue a gift card for the delta, and he denied having gift cards. Sure.The moral of the story is that without acknowledging a quality issue, I am hesitant to believe there will be improvements. Also, if a customer is inspired to show up after a delivery of your unsatisfactory products, you should probably do your level best to remedy the situation, because they are most certainly going to be inspired to share their experience.
It had to have been this woman’s first day on the job wrapping burritos ?, bc…literally this is the ugliest thing I have ever been served in years today. It was oblong in shape and for chipotle standards small in stature. Amateur hour at this location.
I will not go here again. Alway have old rice and old vegetables the workers are rude. They get annoyed real fast and want to get in and out no matter what they slap on ur food. Manager is weak and has a weak approach. Common sense would be to have freshe food out around 5.
