Domino's Pizza - Vienna

Pizza shouldn't take an hour. Every time I order from this place, there is always a delay. They are not apologetic it is normal for this place. You don't deserve my business. I could have gone to Mod Pizza and got better service and taste.Buyer Beware of long waiting times!!!!

I received my order shortly after the placement. I followed the order on the tracker and the food was ready for over 45 minutes before it was delivered. Although I was called and insured that the order would be fresh at delivery, it was not. The best I can say is that it was above room temperature. The sandwich was all bread and the pasta was all pasta. Almost no filling to the sandwich and no sauce to the pasta. Bad experience. I gave up Domino years ago and I was reminded why.

Very bad place to eat pizza. You will not offer a good service and pizza. You forget the delivery of items and when you call them, they pick up the phone and if you explain it, they simply cut the phone.

I wanted to take my time out to thank Frances the manager at this location, I ordered a pizza that I had only had once and the taste was quite different when I called back up to the store Frances handled me with GREAT care. She immediately apologized and offered me a couple of solutions and I really appreciate a manager like this especially in a time where true customer service is a fallen breed. SUPER DUPER job Frances

I and my friends visited the Teh area twice. What a great location and atmosphere. The staff was warm, friendly and fast.
