Greenhouse Bistro - Tysons - Vienna

We opted for this restaurant for a quick meal before heading to Wolf Trap. The outdoor seating is spacious, but it feels a bit too close to the road and the parking area. The service was attentive, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The salads were the best part of the meal, while the fish was poorly prepared and didn't match the description on the menu.

I was really disappointed with my experience. Nowhere on OpenTable does it mention that there's a $100 minimum charge per person for a reservation in the lounge. The guy at the front desk was trying to place the blame on me and my friends, but I told him that I've never encountered that charge before. He then suggested that we could pay $150 for all three of us instead. The service and treatment were really off-putting, especially with that $100 per person minimum.

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant. We visited on a Friday night when there was a live band performing, which made the evening truly special. We ordered calamari, scallops, poke nachos, and chicken kabobs. The food was good, but my dish was a bit dry. Afterwards, the lounge area merged with the restaurant, and the music got even louder! Overall, I think it was a fantastic experience, and I'm glad I discovered this place!

The ambiance was great. The drinks were good and so was the food but the service was really slow. Luckily we weren’t in a rush so it didn’t take away from the experience too much.

Everything was perfect. And everything on the menu looked so good. So, we ordered a few drinks, about 8 wonderful appetizers (for only two people! and then moved on to dessert. We sat outside on the patio, enjoyed the background music, and had great weather. Loved all of it.
