Istanbul Blue is the best Turkish restaurant in Northern Virginia. The cook is mastery and the free lens soup itself is worth it.

I ate here last night with my husband and an old daughter. The staff was amazing and first brought out my daughter's dinner, which was very appreciated. Everything from soup through dessert was delicious. We plan a return trip with our older children and a date night with a group of friends! The cozy atmosphere is perfect for any kind of gathering. We cannot recommend this place enough!!
