Mcdonald's - Vienna

I went through the drive-through and the guy was nice but the lady that gave me the food was absolutely disrespectful. She gave me the food when I asked for honey mustard and ignored me and I know that because she stared me dead in the eyes also poorly wrapped my mcChicken horrible experience.

April, 15/2024 around 1pm I stopped by the place to eat with my family, unfortunately I had a bad experience, I found hair in the caramel frappé drink, my stomach is very bad.

This is a normal McD with one difference, the curbside pickup has been disappointing a few times now. Approximately 20 minutes wait, and may be longer if I didn't go in to see what's wrong. Today they said they had to make new fries. They did apologize and were professional. Even still, this has happened a few times so I don't know what is up. My advice is if you want fast service go through the drive thru or go inside.

They are to slow it is unbelievable how long customers have to wait for their order…I’ll been waiting for my order 20min so far.

I stopped eating here and I lost 30 pounds. No joke. I'm much happier now without McDonald's. I didn't do a fad diet or anything but rather just stopped eating the fast food. And look at all the money I have saved too because this food isn't cheap anymore.
