The Italian Gourmet - Vienna

Tried the frozen veggie lasagna at home today. The pasta is good, the sauce really made the dish ????????. HOWEVER, I found a quarter size piece of foil under a layer of lasagna and I?m so glad I didnt microwave it! Minus 2 stars for a potentially dangerous situation.The store was rly cluttered and small. Service ok. Looking forward to the ravioli another night.

A friend brought me to this restaurant 20 years ago and it truly is the real deal. I recently started going back and it is just as good, if not better. It is a genuine Italian deli and store with great fresh food.

I frequently visit this place for their sandwiches. Additionally, they offer excellent frozen lasagna that I always have in my freezer. Despite it being frozen, it surpasses any restaurant lasagna I've tried.

Best sandwiches EVER. Have been coming here for decades, whenever I'm in the area. The staff is super friendly. It's really enjoyable to browse the aisles while waiting for your sandwich to be made. Writing this has made me super hungry for one of their sandwiches, I wish I could go get one today ???? This restaurant is a hidden gem. The small size of the place has quickly become my favorite spot since Cenan's closed nearby. The shelves are filled with a unique and diverse selection of food items. Menu boards hang from the ceiling, making it easy to spot the regulars who are greeted with a "Your usual?" from the friendly gentleman behind the counter. It's a cozy and welcoming place that I love to visit.
