Holis Market - Vienna

I like the fact that at holis everything is organic. I went there last year and had the vegan lunch combo for a reasonable € 8,90, a suppe with yellow carrots and a leek, followed by a herbal curry. both meals were very tasty, well seasoned and warmed me beautiful from the inside. it's just that I would have preferred to have a little more couscous in the curry to soak the sauce completely, as well as chewier vegetables instead of super soft, therefore a star less. the vegan banan bread plate came at just 2.50 €, was pleasantly moist and banan-y and had exactly the perfect consistency. the place is bright and friendly, the staff was very friendly and I was quickly served. updated by previous review on 2020-10-17

Both meals were very tasty, well seasoned and warmed me up nicely from within. It´s just that I would have preferred to have a bit more couscous in the curry to fully soak up the sauce, as well as chewier vegetables instead of super soft ones, hence one star less. The vegan banana bread slice came at only €2.50, was pleasantly moist and banana-y and had just the perfect consistency.
