I decided to cooked beef, which was well cooked, but it had very little taste. the texture was beautiful, but I realized that I had made a mistake. my wife said her beef goulash was really delicious and worth the visit. The restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night and we were lucky to get a table nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Pay attention to the automatic service fee.
The restaurant is located near the “Island of Museums” It's a simple but beautiful place. They have a veranda outside, but it was still cold to use it. The food was very good. I ate one of the best Wiener Schnitzel I've ever tried. The waitress was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they put so many tables that you feel comfortable, especially because (of course) the waiters have to move all the time to support the customers. The thing to forget, it's a good place.
Great food Austrian wine, cozy beautiful location. Nice staff but service was a bit slow, but they were very busy! Average prices.
If there is one piece of advice I would give about dining in Vienna it would be to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. We finally arrived at Glacis Beisl having been to 3 other restaurants only to find that they were all fully booked. They found a table for us and we were so glad they did. The food was delicious, my choice was pheasant wrapped in bacon and the service attentive. Clearly very popular as it was almost full on a dark Tuesday in November. Highly recommended.
Very good vail schnitzel, cozy place, and they also serve bread. Prices on average. Location super in Museum Quartier area.
