Dear international traveling, as French native and now American citizen, I would like to try to make reviews as helpful as possible for international travelers looking for reliable information to choose a restaurant that reflects the best desired experience. in the fall of the Auberge...de vienne, they are looking for an expensive restaurant with an upscale service and amazing french traditional cuisine. the maître d is very committed. make sure to choose your wine and food options. he will share his passion for weeping with them. there you will find some of the best French cuisine with a chef who once worked at the famous france Cuise liner. they offer a must have cheese sorbets that leave them with a lifetime memory. I never had it anywhere else on the world. bon appetit!
I love this place. it's a pretty experience. the evening meal began with a cauliflower soup in a demoasse with a miniature bowl mushroom ice cream and a cheese raw. it is a delicious mouth. each spoon is exquisite. they will love the first and second plate. there is an salat with ugly toasts a lens soup with foie grass. that melts in your mouth. beautiful fish, wild boar, huh. the house dessert is a pear planet they want to order at the beginning of the meal because they make it fresh for them. the wine list is wonderful. they can trust the owner to help them choose the perfect wein. that is an extraordinary restaurant. it is worth it. my release after being fed here is to save all the money I could spend for restaurants in the usa and fly back for another great meal. the owner will welcome them and make sure they enjoy their time in the auberge.
It was our last night in the region sandilon and we were recommended to go to this restaurant. what an experience. we arrived at 7.30 a.m. and were the only people at that time. we met from jerome, the maitre d’hôtel, and he introduced us to the personal. the chef, dominique salmon came out of the kitchen to imagine and welcome us. we were not special guests, but that was the beginning of an experience we will never forget. eating was extraordinary and presentation 9 stars when they allow me. the type is michelin class to say the least. the restaurant filled within half an hour. not cheap, but definitive must be one if they are in the opposite. well made dominique. tre bien.
