Len provided great customer service! He was knowledgeable about the drinks and recommendations and he served them with a smile and great attitude. Thank you for making the morning fun.

I was greeted warmly and taken cared of quickly despite having a line of customers ahead of me. The shift mgr. heard my cries for my order and alerted the staff to make her aware of Tony 's order. She was courteous and offered me discount cards for waiting patiently. I 'm grateful to have customer service respond as they should the customer is the most important person in this house Thank you Crystal.

I'm not a fan of this location. I got a hot mocha and it was cold. I turned it neck in for a new one and it still was mediocre. I'm not sure if it was the employee needing additional training or the machines maybe?

Lady with red hair was very rude and rolled her eyes at my friend and i was very talkative with the white costumer before us but seemed annoyed to have to deal with us and put almond milk in my friends drink without asking , they could’ve had an allergy but she was to dismissive to care .was very dirty as well

Workers cussing and chatting in back taking forever for simple drink.Drink was fine just service not so much.
