Perfection exists, we met him at the Daguet InnThe warm welcome and the quality service provided with class notably by a young trainee allowed us to highly appreciate the tasting menu that combines excellence and refinement in succulence without forgetting the champagne and the wine of high quality. the plum in old Armagnac keeps the memory greatly satisfied with the taste buds. We found this in a NYT article about visiting Compiegne. The chef/proprietor was super nice and the food was really good and well prepared. We had a very high quality welcoming experience here.

It is a gourmet restaurant accessible to all. We spent a very pleasant time with our host.

This was the second time that we went to this restaurant, regrettably this time we were not very impressed. eating was simply in order, the presentation was just basic. the owner was responsible for the dining room with a young lady. he was very. friendly and professional. the restaurant is very comfortable, they have a large space behind to handle large groups. Too bad food quality went.

I would recommend this auberge to everyone. the large reception room was best suited for our group of 39 people, all Americans. a big log fire in the corner of a hall, which was so beautifully decorated, sets the scene for what...be a gastronomic pleasure. the black was so well cooked and was delightful, the wine was also excellent. many thanks to all staff for their attention and service they have provided. I hope that I will eventually return with other groups. Michael
