Terrible unit, review! I have been a regular customer of Spoleto since I met it, I understand that it is a franchise that values comfort through food and excellent service, however this unit is lacking and urgently needs an overhaul in terms of its employees. The franchise innovated with self-service totems, which means that the traditional Spoleto characteristic is lost, but does not affect quality, however, in this unit, there are three attendants (Graziela and two other shift colleagues) who stay at the counter laughing at the difficulty that customers find when parting with technology. I don't understand the logistics of the counter, but having three employees standing around waiting for the customer to understand how the totem works to place their order is unacceptable, having three employees standing still and LAUGHING at the difficulties of elderly people is unacceptable and inhumane. I spent about 5 minutes there helping two elderly women to the sound of laughter, one of the ladies I was helping, when questioning the reason for the change, one of the employees responded that these are franchise rules in a rude way. When I suggested that one of the three stay at the toten to help the customers, they laughed and continued leaning in their respective places, once again without empathy. I understand that the arrival of the totems is an incredible gain in several aspects, but where do you intend to include excellence in service and quality of service? Such a regrettable and sad stance, I hope they review the team and training for the next teams.
