The always crowded Amadeus is a restaurant that seems to be quite popular with the residents of Vila Real, there are only few tourists. Still, the nice waiter spoke good English and patiently explained all the Portuguese terms on the menu to us. We had a hamburger and a steak. Both were really delicious. The huge steak was perfectly roasted and tasty, you can't do this any better! To me the best meat in Vila Real! Furthermore, the prices are astounding: we paid less than 25 € for two main dishes and our beverages! If you love meat, go there! :

Estava de férias e foi-me recomendado esta marisqueira. Comemos uma boa mariscada e bebemos o vinho da casa que é muito bom. O atendimento é fraco. O dono é uma simpatia.

Fui para comer francesinha e arrendo-me muito. Muita mà qualidade, molho nao é o verdadeiro molho de francesinha e sem o recheio adequado. Para além de nao mencionarem os preços na das comidas. Nao recomendo.
