Terrible!!! They ran a promotion where they can't meet the demand, and they simply don't respond to WhatsApp requests, much less answer the phone. I don't give zero because there's no way!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I give it one star because there is no way to give it zero.. Horrible, a lack of respect for the customer! I placed the order, after MORE THAN TWO HOURS of trying to contact the establishment, I was finally answered and requested to cancel the order, however, almost 5 hours later, the refund has not been made and the website states that the order was delivered! This is Robbery. Trying to contact but without success. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Delivery took almost two hours and they thought it was bad to call and ask. Service: Delivery
