They never received the order, they lowered the quality of the pizzas. Now they can't even deliver them.

Today I asked the branch crowned with martin. I asked for an executive menu 2, supreme to the mole with potatoes. I asked at 1:00 and the order came at 14:50hs, when I opened it I found a milano vein with puree, called to claim and bring my order, I took my request again and told me they were already preparing it. the new order arrived at 15:20hs and asked the concessionaire if he could keep the wrong order, as to wait 2:20hs for an order, he told me if there was no problem. When I opened the order again they brought me a milanesa of Neapolitan veal with puré, they brought it wrong again, to what they call me in the minute saying that I had not given the previous order, I told them what happened and they treated me with jet and they asked me not to ask again. I started eating so long because I saw that your customer service didn't matter. At 5 minutes another dealer came saying, “I come to receive the order, the money or we will fix it,” I told him to wait two and a half hours for an order that they brought wrong twice and that the other dealer had left it to me, in the end he told me not to ask again. Instead of apologizing, they're trying to put me on a jet and a very bad attention. for the next one they could hear well or fix before sending an order is not so complicated.

Bad quality in pizzas and side sandwiches

We order two salads to which they call to go down although they are not since they do not bring Parmesan cheese or sauce to fall. They were lettuce, chicken and toasted bread. The lettuce burned and completely ruined because they put the hot chicken on. and we added the croutons that were pieces of bread like nomas and instead of sending them aside put them inside the salad so they humbled almost all. the truth km 11, a disaster. We also asked for empanadas and they were fine, so I give them one more star but it is unpresentable.
