I think the pizza at the workshop is the best in the overall villa of Benegrano. It's not a traditional Italian pizza, but an Argentine pizza. It is a unique pizza with an extraordinarily lightweight, well leudate and extremely digestible mass. the dimension of pizzas is not great but it is enough to eat one and fill it without exaggeration. varieties are all rich and of the same price. the muzarela cheese they use is sufficient for an intermediate quality without shining. I think you should have some more expensive pizza models with gourmet ingredients, I think there is a public that can spend a little more in exchange for something really special, with such a rich dough would only be a question of putting special ingredients up. the local is comfortable but in winter it is not properly heated and suffers a bit of cold. illumination should also be improved. Some of the tables are really dark. In summer a real pleasure to eat outside. The dessert cannoli are a very good try of cannoli italiani: they are friable (they are not fried) and the cream is rich but does not have rich cheese. really a recommendable place that stands out from the other premises of the villa.
