Bojangles - Villa Heights

They didnt give me my fries listed on the receipt and gave me one napkin with lipgloss on it and a red substance that looked questionable possibly blood i am absolutely disgusted and yall needa do better !

This Bojangles is in a very busy store. The place is always super clean and the service is usually quick, despite them always being so busy. Great food. A good quick place to stop if your traveling 220.

Three cars in front of me in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes to get to the window after I ordered. All 3 cars in front of me got parked because their order wasn’t ready. All I ordered was a simple combo. I asked the girl at window if my order was ready before I gave her my card and she said it was ready. After she gives me my card back and my drink she said to pull over while they finish the order. It is bad enough this store constantly screws up orders, but I don’t appreciate being lied to when I asked if the order was ready. Will never, ever go back to this store again. Avoid this place. Plenty of other places in Collinsville and Martinsville.

THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A HIT OR MISS KIND OF PLACE, MORE MISSES LATELY..COME ON YALL GET IT 2GETHER!! ALSO, KINDNESS OR JUS A SMILE GOES A LONG WAY HERE IN THIS TOWN..BUT ROLLING OF THE EYES BASICALLY SLAMMING MY ITEMS 1/2 WRAPPED IN MY BAG IS UNCALLED FOR.......SMH YET AGAIN!!!

Usually Bojangles in Martinsville forgets my biscuit. Well today they remembered my biscuit but they forgot my fries that I paid $2.69 for. C'mon man!!!!! And by the way, did someone eat half my coleslaw? Cause it wasn't even half full. Y'all suck. Good service, but y'all gotta do better than that. I realize y'all are human, and a mistake every now and then is understandable, but y'all forget stuff every time. I guess I'll forget to eat there.
