Burger King - Villa Heights

Worst burger King, went in and ordered food and had to stand and wait 35 minutes for a hamburger. Customer service was horrible employees were talking to each other not the customers, on their phone, one guy had his hands down his pants and was making the food. Very very nasty will not be back

We were the only car in the drive thru at 8am. I guess we got the left overs. The hashrounds were cold and beyond crunchy. We ordered a coke and diet coke. We got two diet cokes. So disappointed. So over it.the price goes up and the quality goes down.

Went in for spicy chicken sandwich after waiting 30 minutes I asked for my money back shouldn't take that long to cook chicken l will never go there

Cheese was added to my impossible burger ?. Too far to go back. Usually great ?

If I could leave a zero and leave a comment I would I’ve waited over 20 minutes now and I’m still waiting. Don’t know if my food’s gonna be hot or cold, but they haven’t even started on my food. Can I say they need to To step up their game what is going on and I wasn’t the only one sitting here waiting on food but now I am still no one moving inside towards me with food can we do better?
