Domino's Pizza - Villa Heights

Talk to the general manager Joe who honestly needs to be trained on customer service place an online order, and the store reached out to tell me they are short staffed and can not do deliveries that I could come pick up my order the whole purpose of ordering it online was for delivery because I can not leave my house also found out takes 3 to 5 days for refund and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Now here’s something the district manager should review if your store is low on staff and can not perform there normal business functions then it should not be available to order online to prevent inconveniencing your customers and avoiding this situation now if Joe failed to communicate that he was low on staff to address this then some training needs to be put into play will no longer be ordering from here from which I was a really good customer very disappointed

Original price you can get it delivered to your house for a quick snack reasonable price and you still can feed the whole family if you like enjoy enjoy my

My last order was horrible. According to Domino's App it sat in quality control for over 20 minutes and then I get a cold pizza and 2 orders of buffalo wings plain no sauce at all, just plain wings. This is my last order. I totally deleted the App. Over priced anyway.

The supervisor for the closing of the 5th of August was the most horrible person to deal with... I was having trouble ordering online.. he said I would get a receipt but none was ever given... I called 2 times to the supervisor and he hung upof on me... I never raised my voice or said any curse words... I just wanted to know what I was charged for and why I never got my cheese bread... my pizza was fine but if I was able to order online my pizza was 6.99 and so was my two 2 bread sticks so 28+ dollars was cool but paying that much just for a pizza and 1 bread sticks nah.. the math ain't mathing.. so I wanted an explanation and your supervisor or manager just hung up...and I kept reconfirming it was 6.99 a piece

I called to compliment the driver, and the manager said, “That’s why you called? I’m here alone” And hung up.Maybe that’s why he’s there alone.
