Tasca Placido - Villa La Angostura

Food was great, but it's really expensive. La comida está bien, pero es excesivamente caro. There are better options for almost half the price.

Cosy restaurant with very attentive staff. With limited English Speking skills, they looked after us very well. But the food is too expensive for quality. Paella had seafood, about 750 pesos and a vegetarian paella around 550 pesos. Compared to what we paid everywhere ..from Buenos Aires, missions, salta and surrounding that I felt was totally demolished.

Was nearby and did not want to go after a glass of wine and this was the only one in walkable distance. It's a Spanish restaurant and I ordered Paella. It was good and also dessert. Good place.

We loved our meal here friendly staff and delicious home cooked meal. It also loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel, so decided to give it a try. We were made very welcome, and we were grateful that the owner was very helpful, as our Spanish is poor to non existent. The bread and aubergine we were given...to start was good, but we were disappointed by the rest of the meal; my trout and vegetables were both very over cooked and my husband found the lamb very salty. We spoke to people who had been there the previous night and had a good meal, so perhaps we were just unlucky.
