Urban Cafe - Villa Maria Del Triunfo

It was in order, the personal friendly and welcoming. a few problems with the speech at the order, but they persisted and we got what we wanted to do after a few mistakes. burger filled but not so delicious, chips were nice. the room was a bit boring, I think it was. the ambiente.

Whenever I have the chance to visit a tgi, I will go there. it was really bad to notice the incredibly bad service. completely unorganized, the staff is too slow, they can not keep orders in the eye, forget the half. they apologise, but not. changed their bad performance. ketchup for example was delivered when the French fries were already eaten. they have forgotten to bring fork and knives, but the food has already been served. coks without ice was supplied with ice. it took minutes to remove it. I've never been looking for someone who offers gloomy and if I'd been served after a long wait. I suppose the chilies around the corner will make it better
