O'charley's - Villa Rica

Exceptional service! I didn't catch her name, but she made my day. Today was my very first time dining at O'Charley's Restaurant, and I thoroughly enjoyed their ribs, along with the warm, fresh bread and butter.

Brooke provided excellent service during our lunch! She was quick, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We gathered for lunch after playing golf, and this restaurant is consistently a great choice. The food was well-prepared, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The reels, as always, were a delightful treat!

I visited recently and had the pleasure of being served by Cassie. She was fantastic! She attended to our table promptly and brought our drinks quickly. Cassie also assisted us in choosing some dishes and was very patient with my 4-year-old. She made sure our drinks were always full and shared some laughs with us. Dee came over to check on our food, and she was so kind, making sure we were enjoying our meal. I will definitely return to see both of them!

First of all, I want to say that I love this place. Come as often as I can. But the last time I was there, our Nina server was incredible. I and my company make very happy. She made us smile all the dinner. To keep looking at us and make it ten times better. Because of Nina, I will definitely be back. Thank you.

We dined at the Villa Rica location on March 11, 2022. Stephanie Wise was our server. She did an excellent job! Our food was hot and came out quickly. The loaded potato soup was very good. Stephanie made sure we never ran out of tea (or rolls). Definitely improved from my last visit!
