The service was long but for once the kindness of the staff and the apologies via a coffee made up for things. Terrible service and the person at the counter was very rude. We ordered 3 adult menus and 1 children's menu. The trays arrived about 10 minutes later and things were missing so I returned to the counter to kindly ask for them (for information it was after 2:30 p.m. and there were no customers except us and one other person). The person at the counter quickly looks at the order on his screen and tells me in a very curt tone that everything has been served. I had to insist that she come and check on site and found that everything had not been served. She didn't even apologize. In addition, the burgers were cold, I was asked to reheat them in the microwave, the cleanliness of which was questionable but the microwave was turned off..dirty toilets.I will not go back there
