Theodore's - Village of Canastota

My husband and I visited Thanksgiving, and while everything else was delicious, the turkey was a letdown. It tasted similar to deli meat—salty and overly processed. We were really disappointed! Given the price we paid, we expected much better quality turkey.

We stopped for lunch and found the food to be delicious and fresh. The server and staff were amazing; they went above and beyond to make my son, who is autistic, feel included. Their patience and kindness were truly wonderful, and we are very grateful for the exceptional support and care shown to our son.

Polli and the staff are incredibly talented and make you feel like family. This is the only restaurant I know that serves Chicken Fricassée, and it tastes just like my grandma used to make!

I have gone to Theodore's several times since they opened. The atmosphere is great, I love the decor and the food has been terrific. Stopped in today for a quick lunch with a friend after shopping in New Hartford. Had the half a sandwich and cup of soup and it was absolutely delicious. I've come on Sundays with some friends and have the larger dinner meals and it has been terrific also. Whenever I'm over that way I like to stop at Theodore's.
