Schneider's Bakery

I’ll never forget when I was in high school, Mr. Cannestra would leave our class and go to your bakery to bring back donuts for the whole class. It was the best social class ever!

The breads are outstanding, and the cookies are fantastic! This is definitely a great place to visit. I've been a customer for 30 years, and I plan to keep coming back as long as I'm able. However, I do miss the glaze on the glazed donut; it was better about 15 years ago when it had a hint of lemon without being overpowering. But overall, Schneider loves it!

We were up there for the weekend game, and this year my friends suggested we go in. I'm so glad we did! We tried the Linzer tea cookies, and they were amazing. The next day, we went back to buy a dozen more. We definitely plan to return soon and make sure to get some more. I highly recommend this place!

Best bakery! Zimt-Twists, Bavarian cream, and ham and Swiss croissants are our favorites!

Great bakery! Always my first morning stop while in Cooperstown. Kind of glad we don’t have a bakery like this around home because I would be 300lbs.
