Burger King - Village of Fairport

Terrible service, in need of serious reading help training. They can't get a simple order correct. Always check your bag as each time items were missing. The last time I went was on my birthday for breakfast. I received Cold sausage croissants wasmissing a medium hash brown. I will never go back to this location. Corporate is just as bad never received anything fromthem!

I used to really like their spicy chicken sandwich, but the last several times I've ordered it the chicken had chunks that were very rubbery. If they can get this chicken back to being regular quality again, I would be thrilled and they will likely sellmore of them.

I?ve been to this location several times and have had great service, order correct and fast, employees very friendly and food good. Tonight for some reason, total chaos, i stood 15 minutes at the counter before giving up. People with mobile orderscomplaining about incorrect orders and cars backed up at the drive through. This is a fast food operation, get your acttogether.

This Burger King continues to disappoint. The employees carry a tone that says please hurry up and order so we can go back to not doing nothing. The food is sub grade even for fast food. Still cold hash browns, dried out (aged) biscuit, and shriveledpaper thin eggs. Yum. Wasted my time, money, and cheat meal on this place. Please avoid and go anywhere else.

Very expensive without coupons, but BOGO impossible whopper and FREE drink with the app download. Mobile order process was very easy to order and pay through phone. Picking up through drive through was also very easy since no other customers were at thisrestaurant. How does burger king make money? They are always empty around here ..
