Pontillo's Pizzeria Groton

Took an hour and a half to get my delivery, when it finally did show up the pizza was ice cold and over cooked. I asked for extra sauce and it had hardly on sauce on it at all. Called down to speak to manager and they wouldn't even come to the phone.Very disappointing, used to be best food in town but has gone down hill in last year

Great staff with great food. If it's not on the menu, just ask. Brian will try and do what he can to please you

After nearly getting my head bitten off while ordering pizza from the guy next to Casper's (think- Soup Nazi)... I decided that although the pizza there is quite good, my money deserves to be treated better as a customer. I happily order from Pontillo's,as each and every time I order- I could not be treated any better as a customer. Each of their workers are polite and make youfeel welcome, also their food is seriously good! Thanks Pontillo's for making such awesome food and without a doubt- having thebest customer service in town.
