Caribe Tapas Resturant Lounge

I visited this restaurant on a Friday night after enjoying some dancing at Punta Cana in Nyack. The music selection was fantastic. The bartender was friendly and made the experience even better.

The food here is exceptional and delicious, made fresh with care. The drinks are crafted very well—strong enough to enjoy but still full of flavor. Everything is reasonably priced as well. I would definitely choose this spot for a meal or a night of Latin dancing. They host a salsa night on Wednesdays which is a lot of fun. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great drinks, tasty food, and a dancing atmosphere. The service is always excellent, and the owner is a fantastic person!

Edward, the owner, is truly passionate about his restaurant and bar. They offer affordable, delicious, and fresh Caribbean cuisine, along with fantastic specialty cocktails. On Wednesday nights, you can enjoy Latino music and dancing. I highly recommend giving them a try! They also have a lovely outdoor backyard area where you can relax with drinks and chat with friends and family.

Not good at all! Waitress was nice but slow. We ordered appetizers and then was quickly asked if we wanted dessert. We left and went somewhere else for dinner.

Don't let this place pass you by. Went there and looked like your typical dive bar. Large space, full bar, and dark. But what came out of this kitchen was nothing to sleep on. The bistec was soft and delicious with onions dressing it. The chicken crackling had a great flavor to them. The tostones were fresh and the oil they were fried in was fresh as well. Great portions and want to go back and try other items on the menu.
