Feedback gevenI wish I had read the reviews before placing our order online. We ended up receiving the wrong pizza and had to wait for them to correct it. Instead of simply addressing the mistake, they argued with us about what we had ordered. To correct the error, they insisted we pay for the wrong pizza! Honestly, I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. It was an easy fix since we had ordered more than just the pizza, and everything else seemed fine. Looking at the reviews from a year ago, it’s clear this place used to be much better. Something has clearly changed for the worse.
Our visits to the pizza place have been consistent for years, but in recent months, we've noticed a significant decline in quality, accuracy, speed, and customer service. I hope they address these issues soon.
Salvatore pizza really screwed up big time, orderd a pizza at 6:55 was told 45 min for delivery , an hour and a half later was still not delivered. Called to check and the girl said to look on the porch, are you kidding me. Ends up they went to a different address. So she said she could make another pizza but would be 45 min for delivery. Sorry salvatore never again.your employee's are a joke.
It's crucial to have an adult present during all shifts at this restaurant. The three teenagers working there were unable to handle a straightforward customer service issue. They forgot the pepperoni on my cheese pepperoni pizza, and the calamari I received was plain, not the Sicilian version I had ordered. When I brought it to the attention of one of the employees, she looked completely bewildered. She offered to remake the pizza, claiming she only heard "calamari," so we decided to stop the process. After 15 minutes, our other food had gone cold, and we finally received our pizza. There was no apology or even a thank you for our patience, nor did they offer any compensation on our next order! Their customer service skills were lacking. For a restaurant of this size, I expected at least some basic training in customer interactions. To make matters worse, the receipt didn't list the items we ordered, just the final total, which meant I couldn't verify whether we were charged correctly! In such a competitive food industry in America, it's essential to give customers a reason to return. Unfortunately, Salvatore didn't provide me with any.
I usually love Salvatore? I was cheated when I ordered wings tonight and at the delivery there was a pool wing sauce in the bottom of the wing bag and on the whole container (with the wrong sauce) I called to let them know that I said the wrong wings and the girl on the phone? good our jerk sauce really is our chief sauce mixed with something else, sorry?. And no offer to do everything right. disappointing someone who knows what the idiot sauce is... knows she's far from the boss's lap?
