Smashburger - Village of Mamaroneck

My food was ready for pick up exactly at the time it was predicted. Food was great, and yummy.

I'm not sure what is happening at this location but it was abysmal. The lady at the counter was very nice but the woman trying to distribute and pack the orders was a mess. She gave away people's orders and then was rude about it. She looked like she had no idea what she was doing and she took several breaks probably because she was having a breakdown. I felt very bad as it was clearly too much and they were very busy, so something needs to change in their system. She started canceling orders and also turned people away at the front. It's just not sustainable as is right now. To make matters worse, the food was cold by the time it got to us, they gave me cheese on my order that was no cheese, and the fries were so overcooked and had been sitting out that they tasted like plastic. Truly just a horrific experience.

Clean and friendly, first timer here, burger was phenomenal. I will return!

Today I ordered two burgers,and the delivery was very fast about 20 mins I got my order.burgers are very good
