This restaurant is quite popular, but the wait is definitely worth it. The food is fantastic, and they now offer a much wider variety than they used to. The staff is very friendly, too. It's located inside a gas station, so there's no indoor dining available, but they do have a drive-thru. They also have some dessert options, including cakes and apple turnovers.

Food was fresh and hot. Love the little dishes you get with your side. Love the biscuits! The mashed and gravy is the best. They were busy but kept things moving

I arrived at the drive-thru around 9:40 PM, even though the restaurant stated it closed at 10:00 PM. I was just getting off work and needed to grab something quick on my way home—twenty minutes before closing time. However, the person on the speaker informed me that only a few items on the menu were available because they were closing in ten minutes. I couldn’t believe it; it was still 9:40! They actually had twenty minutes left. I found their response quite disappointing and lazy, so I decided to take my business to McDonald's instead. If you're open until 10, that means customers should be able to order until then.

I placed an online order and everything was perfect. They didn’t forget anything. Great job, Massena KFC team!
