Cusimano's Pizzeria - Village of Medina

Ordered two hot wraps with sauces I paid extra for). They were missing. I called and they advised would send someone when they have a driver back with the sauce. So I was to wait for my food to get cold? Makes no sense. After I called abd was able to get a refund for my sauces I started in on my meal and the fries were cold, wrap was soggy as it wasn't grilled or cut in half. Really a terrible expirence. The food is so inconsitent here that I stopped ordering for a while then had tried them again a couples times and it was good and now here we are. We are never disappointed with our order. Moat recently we discovered how satisfying the salad selection and subs are. Pizza and wings are always spot on. Try the loaded garlic fries. This was my first time there. They exceeded my expectations of a pizzeria. The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, The food was out of this world. We got a sheet pizza and forty eight wings. Twenty four wings were buffalo medium, The other twenty four were honey garlic. Now when I tell you that the honey garlic were off The charts for taste, that would be an understatement. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anybody looking to get any type of comfort food. Ordered pizza for delivery. I was told it would be there in 45 minutes. An hour passes so we give them a call. We were told the driver was lost it would be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes pass and we call them again. They informed us the driver was 2 minutes out. 10 minutes pass and still nothing. We called back.. they said the food was now back at the shop, wouldn’t give us their name or let us speak to a manager and then they hung up on us. We call again and they keep hanging up on us. We have ordered from cusimanos for years, but waiting two hours, never even getting our pizza and dealing with the most rude employees ever we will not ever order from there again. Before opening multiple locations make sure you have enough competent staff to run the original location. This is an edit because what you replied is completely inaccurate! This was a two hour process, we have the phone calls to prove it. And no one called us to see if we wanted the pizza still! Every time I called up until the hour and a half mark I was super nice, not yelling!! And we did not request our order to be free, we asked for a discount after waiting an hour and a half which we were told no. If you are going to reply to a review get your information correct first!
