Feedback gevenI frequent spot because it’s close to my house, it’s a good hang out spot but I honestly have never had a coffee I like here. Whether it’s normal coffee or espresso. The foods always been pretty good though and it’s a nice place for meeting up with a friend.
I did not get any pics of my food but the wrap with the greens was delicious! I enjoyed my lunch here today with a friend!

I don’t know if the workers were having a bad day but I just went there and ordered trough DoorDash to pick up. I wanted the bacon on the side for my bagel but the app didn’t let me put a note. I got there as soon as the order was place and ask the girl that was on the pick up area if she could tell in the kitchen to put the bacon in the side. She completely ignored what I said and send pe to do the cashiers line. Everyone around heard me and they were as confuse as I was. I repeated myself and the same happened again. I went to do the line everyone was placing orders no pick in up) As soon as I got in front of the line my order of course was already done. I explain to the cashier and she said the order is ready I can’t change anything cause it comes like this? It was a personalized meal. So I just left. I felt pretty ignored and that they just wanted to be done with everything. It was early in the morning. If they started the day with that mood; I can’t imagine later in the day.
I normally love Spot, but this day, experience was poor. Chicken ceasar salad not cooked/prepared well. Waited too long in person for take out of same. Paid and waited, waited. Asked progress after 20 minutes and it was like they never started order prep. Had to leave building and return to pickup. Asked them to set aside for me to pick up upon return. It was plated, not packaged upon my return. Cost too high; quality low. Very disappointed on this visit Thursday, May 23. Only 2 workers who seemed like they were just going through the motions...
