Tiestos - Village of Patchogue

Friendly staff. Everyone said hello as you walk in. Food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh. Had the Arroz Con Pollo. Very tasty. Had the tres leches for dessert. Best tres leches I ever had. Very delicious. Look forward to eating from here again.

We came here at a decent time it wasn't busy yet so we got a good table by the window away from the bar.The food was good and the service was excellent. Our waitress Andreina was super helpful since we are bilingual. She was able to help us out alot .The hostess and support staff were also very nice and accommodating.The place started to get busy around 5pm when we were leaving it started to fill up so if you like the quieter atmosphere I'd say go for lunch or right before dinner!They have a good assortment of foods and ALOT of drinks.The only con I got is that the classic Colombian dishes are not as hefty . The meat is tho and the price is fair. But the side dishes like the rice and beans. Sweet Plantainos, etc are lacking.And they didn't have my favorite sauce which I don't know the name of. Its alike a clear spicy liquid with cilantro in it.But they did have the green sauce tho and it's the best I've had anywhere! It was super velvety!So only real complaint is.. little whitewashed. But they do hire Spanish waitresses so that makes up for it? Haha no seriously tho everyone there is so nice and the food is 7/10.Unless your only going to rice and beans... it's worth it!

Food was fine but their patronage is despicable. They close at midnight and allow people to stay til 3am or later. The parking lot gets trashed with alcohol bottles and cups left everyone and on residents property. They people leaving at 1,2,3am blast their music and scream and have parking lot parties. Residents have called police on them numerous times. They've even called the restaurant and they pretend they're closed when music is blasting. It's disgusting and the poor residents of the neighborhood have to deal with this trash.

TIESTO'S FRENCH TOAST IS SO DELICIOUS!We had a reservation for a private party of about 20+ people for a birthday brunch, and I enjoyed my full experience! We were seated upstairs and it was beautifully decorated. The food I ordered came out delightful and rich with flavor. I am specifically speaking about the French toast, honey chipotle and buffalo wings, and the steak and eggs!!!!The drinks were tasty and unique to the palette. My only complaint is that they should have had a bartender upstairs for us so that we could have kept ordering drinks while we waited for the food. They seemed a bit understaffed BUT I was happy that the food came out hot-and-ready to be devoured so it made up for the waiting period. The taste of everything I ordered was bursting with each bite.The staff was really nice and made sure that we had everything we needed when they asked.I really enjoyed brunching at Tiesto's!

Food was great, service was great. Nice family run business. Would recommend Tiestos to all. Very friendly place.
