Feedback gevenWhen I called the restaurant to clarify how I could place my order since I wasn’t able to go in, the manager responded that it wasn’t possible without me being there. He was uncooperative and didn’t try to find a solution, and his demeanor was quite rude. After this negative experience and two similar ones in the past, I told him that I didn’t think I could continue being a customer. He simply stated that it was my choice. To add to this, I have had no response from the district manager regarding a previous complaint. The customer service at this restaurant in Potsdam is very lacking.
