Feedback gevenThe person who took my order missed everything I asked for. I asked for a drink without whip cream but the whip cream was there. I was charged me for something I did not ask without confirming the order and blaming me for wearing a mask. She made the scene like I’m the villain by wearing mask. I am under the weather so I am wearing the mask to not spread any germs but she was rude to point that out that she couldn’t hear me because of the mask. Not to mention she was reacting with the attitude. If so, why hasn’t she confirm my order before assuming and putting through and charged me? I am normally not this type of person to write a bad review but this was a very disappointing experience and I can’t handle the rudeness. I also work customer service over 15years and you don’t treat and guilt a customer this way. She needs to get the customer excellence course or education re-done.
Ally is amazing! She greets customers by name when they enter, making us feel special. Beautiful atmosphere!
Aug 2023, OMG! After a few years this place is still a mess. Inside there are wrappers on the floor, and tables need to be cleaned. Plus the windows are filthy, and need a good scrub down. I am NOT blaming the staff, but I am blaming the Starbucks Corporation for not hiring enough employees. The staff of 4 are hard at work behind the counter filling customer needs. I am sure the staff are underpaid and not appreciated by Management, no wonder they want to unionize. Starbucks Corporation should take care of their employees and hire more staff here in Scarsdale, NY location, then maybe the floors, windows, and countertops will stay clean.
