Lascala's Fire Villanova

The apps and drinks were good. Waitress was nice but brought out our meal while we were still enjoying our appetizers. The veal was disappointing, 3 of us ordered it. The other two meals were fine but not great. We would return for the apps but not the meal.

Must have been an off night. We enjoyed the food and service the first time we went but this time we did not. The service was terrible too. With the number of other options we probably won't return

We have been to Marlton CC LaScala and loved both times. Wasn't really impressed with Villanova. Drinks were terrible. The Salted Caramel Martini was like drinking straight vodka with a glass rimmed with stale pretzels, Aperol Spritzer was not ratioed properly. Apps were ok dinner was mediocre. Dessert was very good. Our server was wonderful. Disappointing that the drinks were $14/15 a piece and couldn't even drink it. I won't be going back to Villanova, but will go to the other LaScala restaurants.

Food was good but rushed out. Never offered dessert only if we were ready for check. Asked for a shot of Bailey's to split into 2 very strong chocolate martinis. 2 came out was charged $23. We should have sent drinks back.

Service was excellent, fast and attentive. All staff were very kind. The food was flawless. This restaurant never disappoints, it's a real gem. I'm already looking forward to our next visit.
